    i don't know what a liberal is, or what its opposite is, this speaker doesn't seem interested in much beyond exaggeration for the sake of making the point that he is right and others are wrong. it is good to have values, but seeing the world as structured in opposites is not a very mature view of reality, in my opinion

    Gregory, I think that is part of his point. There is right and wrong, good and bad in the world today, but many are incapable of differentiating them. The ability to see the structure in the world, and distinguish between right and wrong, and then act on that as is maturity born from experience.
